About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain practical experience in troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and IT infrastructure management. If you're passionate about technology and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to staff (hardware, software, network)
Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals
Troubleshoot basic network, email, and system issues
Document IT processes and support tickets
Support IT team with system updates, backups, and asset management
Participate in IT projects and rollouts
What We're Looking For
Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Basic understanding of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and hardware
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Mentorship from experienced IT professionals
Exposure to real-world IT operations and projects
